Who We Are

MFA History

The Middlesex Federation of Agriculture was formed in 1939 to work on a local level to represent the voice of the farmer in Ontario. We work on behalf of more than 1,950 members in Middlesex County. We work to advance agriculture and the rural community through partnerships, education and advocacy. This is done by providing funds to local fairs & events, involvement in agricultural education and farm safety, as well as supporting youth through 4-H, Junior Farmers and in awarding scholarships annually. These activities are a valuable way to support our membership and be a resource for the agriculture industry in our rural communities.
